Oy Cavesson Ltd, founded in 1994, offers training, workshops, coaching and work counseling in Vihti, Southern Finland, approximately 45 minutes from downtown Helsinki or the capital airport. We offer unique opportunities for personal and professional development either at Savikko Farm or in our facilities. Savikko Farm specialises in breeding the native Finnhorses and offering special adventure vacations. Our working languages are Finnish and English, when necessary also Chinese, German and French.

How?
We don't attempt to tell our already competent clients, or teens only starting to shape their lives, how to do their work or lead their lives. But we do challenge you to look outside "the box" because only new doors lead to new sceneries. We share information and give you tools to choose for your self. We believe in strength based guided experiential learning. To create unique and powerful experiences for even the most seasoned adventurers, we combine with more conventional coaching techniques tools of Social Emotional Learning (SEL), Equine Assisted Experiential Learning (EAL/EFL) and Adventure.

Our speciality
Founded in 1994, Cavesson has since offered consulting, coaching, training, experiential workshops and professional continuing education to people from four continents. Cavesson advocates that Social Emotional Intelligence can be best enhanced through sharing research-based information and guided experience-based personal discovery. Trained horses, dogs and other animals at Savikko are our brilliant co-facilitators.

decades of experience between us in life's adventures, walking with people, and in all kinds of venues of training and education - ranging from multinational corporations to church, from universities to state and international schools and alternative education, from international level competitive sports to personal development workshops. We are specialists in facilitating experiences that allow our already competent, educated clients to further align thinking, feeling and behaviour - mind, soul and center of gravity- to maximise true personal potential. A few words on safety
The methods used fall into the categories of experiential learning and adventure education. In the majority of EASEL – workshops the participants do not need to be able to ride a horse. People with little or no prior horse experience have an equal opportunity for personal development and transforming experiences. However, the participants must be physically in reasonable health and we wish to be consulted beforehand in case of any health problems. Oy Cavesson Ltd does not offer therapy and the activities are not suitable for people with serious active mental health issues. We also restrict participation in exercises involving horses during pregnancy. All participants are expected to have a valid accident insurance and to sign our safety agreement and liability waver.
