We work in Finnish, Swedish, English, German and French. Our facilities at Savikko farm www.savikontila.fi in Finland are located an hour from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport. Continental programs are offered at Haras de Baudeont www.baudemont.be In both locations you can also include in your days some golf. We also work at locations seleceted by our customers.
We combine in our work the modern facilitation techniques of Solution-focused coaching and familytherapy, elements from DBT and DDP, experiential SEL tools, and adventure education principles.
The resulting EASEL® is theoretically solid and highly efficient coaching method that combines the best elements of proven methods for creating positive change.
Cavesson's programs offer professional facilitation and a creative stage on which to investigate own individual ways of (re)acting, problem solving, communicating, setting boundaries, leading and working with others to reach a common goal. Guided interactions with trained horses offer even the most seasoned adventurers new sceneries.
Clients' individual goals guide our work. Our principles include that we strive to work so that we aren't needed for very long. During processes with us, the clients are always free to contact us also between sessions.
To create and support change, our clients also get to refresh own self-awareness, self-management, social skills and empathy, decision making and commitment to missions and visions, joy and compassions.
