Open Workshops in 2008
custome-made three-day semi-private intensive workshops for one to six individuals, who wish to experience the Cavesson approach to Equine Assisted Experiential Learning /Therapy, Ethical Horsemanship and HorseTalk - pedagogy, or get a taste of Epona-way of the horse. These intensives also offer professionals opportunity for work counseling supporting own work at home.
Introduction to the theoretical framework and hands-on experience of Cavesson's Animal / Equine Assisted Social Emotional Learning - model. AASEL™ and EASEL™ have been designed to have a clear theoretical and ethical basis and progressive set of activities. We have now several years of experience in using the model in our work : training, work counseling and coaching of therapists, educators, youth workers, equestrian professionals and service providers, corporate personnel etc. This three-day-workshop offers an overview to the methodology AND fulfills the criteria for an introduction to The Epona Approach™.

Cavesson uses EASEL and HorseTalk - pedagogy in all work with clients, trainees and visitors. Please note that Cavesson offers Theoretical and Experiential Education to support Social Emotional Learning and Personal / Professional Competence Development in individually tailored workshops and individual/group work counseling. Cavesson does not offer psychotherapy and the workshops are not suitable for people with mental health issues requiring treatment.
